Turbot Sauce Beurre Blanc
J ai accompagné ces filets de turbot de quelques bouquets de brocoli et d une purée de pommes de terre à la ciboulette.

Turbot is a fine fish with white firm meat perfect when prepared whole in the oven and served with beurre blanc a white butter sauce. Add shallots and cook stirring. Melt remaining butter in a 12 skillet over medium high heat until foamy.
